  • We want you to be happy and satisfied with your NOBAG® products. To avoid returns, we offer a Sample Pack which includes the full variety of our products in each of their sizes to help test and decide which is your perfect fit.

    We offer a full refund for products in a damaged state upon arrival, conditions include:

    – Physical or photographic evidence of damage on product

    – That the product be in its original condition, not used or altered and in the same quantity as received.

    – The maximum time limit to issue your refund is within 5 business days of its arrival.

    NOBAG® reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.

    Return instructions:

    1. Email us at hello@thenobag.com to request your return and please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.

    2. Once your request is processed we will email you with instructions on how to proceed.

    3. Carefully read our return policy and make sure all items are included in your package.

    4. Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of return to process your return.

Customization

  • At the moment our design is not available for any changes, this is to allow our customers to place minimum order quantities of as little as 100 bags.

    To customize, delivery times and minimum orders are very high! But we do offer different options such as custom stickers and tissue paper, both with the logo/design you indicate.

  • To show off your brands personality, we are now offering custom stickers and tissue paper.

    Our stickers are 100% recycled. Show off your business name or logo or give your packaging a smart makeover with QR code stickers in any shape, size and color.

    Our Tissue Paper is made from recycled paper and soy-based inks.

  • After making your purchase we will contact you to begin the process of your personalized order.

    Once we receive the files of your logo, we will send you the final design to await authorization. Once the client has authorized that the design is correct, the order will be processed and shipped. Once your package ships we will send you a notification email.

  • Both of our mailers (No Bag and Bubble Mailers) are stretchy, durable and 100% waterproof. Nonetheless, our compostable No Bags are made from a more delicate material so we recommend not shipping sharp objects on them, instead opt for the Bubble Mailers.


    Our Clear Garment Bags are not completely waterproof due to the 2 air vent holes located on the bottom, but they will still shield whatever's inside from most dust, dirt, and moisture.

  • Our Bubble Mailers are made from d2w® technology that turns ordinary plastic at the end of its useful life, in the presence of oxygen, into a material with a different molecular structure. At the end of the process, it is no longer a plastic, and has changed into a material which is biodegradable (by bacteria and fungi) in the open environment. In the same way as nature's wastes and much, much faster than ordinary plastic.

  • To ensure maximum shelf life, the bags/mailers should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place. If stored correctly, they will be strong enough to last at least 10-11 months. It is only when they are exposed to sunlight and heat that they will start to break down and lose some strength.

  • Our No Bags are different than a regular plastic bag because they are 100% home compostable and will disappear in 6 months if composted correctly. They’re made from PBAT (polybutylene adipate terephthalate) and the plant-based PLA (polylactic acid), which takes 65% less energy to produce than regular plastic.

  • The main difference between compostable and biodegradable is that compostable products require a specific setting in order to break down, whereas biodegradable products break down naturally.

  • Due to the 2 air vent holes located on the bottom right corner of our Clear Garment Bags, they are not completely waterproof, but they will still shield whatever's inside from most dust, dirt, and moisture.

  • Our compostable No Bag mailers and compostable Clear No Bags will break down within 6 to 9 months if composted correctly, unlike a plastic mailer that takes over 500 years to decompose in a landfill.

    NO BAG GUIDE TO COMPOSTING

    (Browns at the very bottom, then greens, then browns, then greens… finish with greens at the top of the compost bin)

    Try to keep each layer an inch or two.

    You want more browns than greens.

    WHAT YOU NEED

    Browns (provide carbon):
    Dead leaves, twigs, branches & sticks.

    Greens (provide nitrogen):
    Grass clippings, coffee grounds, fruit scraps, vegetable waste, fresh leaves & flowers.

    Water (provides moisture)

    Remember, you want more browns.

    STEPS
    1. Select a dry, shady spot to place your compost pile/bin.

    2. Add browns and greens (make sure large pieces are shredded).

    3. Moisten them with water.

    4. Chop your No Bag our Clear Garment No Bag and mix it in the compost pile 10 inches under compost material.

    5. Wait 3 - 6 months and they’ll be gone! :)
